This dish is typically served at chinese restaurants during tea time or some of you may know this as dim sum. It`s just cliantro in rolled rice noodle, drizzled with soy sauce. There are also plain rolled rice noodles but the cliantro gives the noodle a bit more taste. I`m usually not a fan of cliantro cause I pick it out of almost everything even those vietnamese breads. But with this dish, I still pick some out but I leave a little bit of it in and it`s pretty good. I don`t love this dish cause I prefer the ones with shrimp but this is better than the plain ones. Do you prefer this one or the ones with shrimp or beef?
