Since my sister is visiting us for Spring Break, we have been eating out a lot since she missed Asian food so much!:) Of all the food that we have eaten, Sizzling Eggplant cooked in a claypot remains our top favorite. The dish itself comes with braised tofu, green peppers, carrots and mushroom cooked in a thick black special sauce and I absolutely love eating this over white rice. I remember eating a similar dish as a child but with rice, chicken, chinese sausage and salted fish cooked in a claypot and it is ohmygodgood! Have you tried food cookied in a claypot before? :)
