Hey Luuuxers! I present you a dish that I had during the New Years... The Cioppino! The cioppino is an American-Italian dish that came from San Fransisco. It is a traditional American dish made just for the New Years. My sister made it for our family dinner, and let me tell you, it was some serious deliciousness. And I am sure that those of you who love seafood will love this dish as well.
I would provide you a recipe, but unfortunately, it is outside of my knowledge since this had not been my own creation. However, I can tell you that this dish does typically contain dungeness crab, clams, shrimp, scallops, squid, mussels, and fish. The seafood is then combined with fresh tomatoes in a wine sauce, and served with toasted bread (or in my case, garlic bread with melted cheese.....)
Tell me what you guys think!
