Have you ever mad cinnamon bun yourself or do you like cinnamon buns?
So this morning I was in a rush. I didnt have much time to make a really full course breakfast. I headed to the middle of my kitchen table and snatch these 2 bad boys really quick. I threw them into the microwave for 30 seconds. The beeping sound alerted me and I place them on the table to dig in . The icing was melting of the big buns. It was super delicious. They really didnt have much nutritional value but kept a big smile on my face. I drank it along with milk as you can see. Milk is great part of a nutritional breakfast. I has a great source of vitamin D and calcium. These vitamins aid with growth of bones and kept them strong. Thats part of the reason why its important growing children drink enough milk. These meal was quick easy to prepare and left me satisfied .
