Christmas In Chicago

The day after Thanksgiving usually leads straight into Christmas here in the city. On Friday, there was a lights parade where they had a whole presentation of lights along Michigan Ave. It`s also a place where you can view the beautiful Christmas window displays in the major stores.

And the grand finale of the fest has to be the lighting of the Christmas tree. This photo does the tree no justice because it was absolutely beautiful, and huge in person. Definitely took a lot of lights and ornaments to fill it up.

But the city did an amazing job, and the city is definitely filled with the holiday spirit!
