I will always choose noodles over burgers, sandwiches and even rice any time! I think that`s how I gained close to 20 pounds when I was in high school because I had to have my noodles EVERY DAY for a year. No kidding. When I love something, I could it it everyday =D That`s a serious case of obsession, I know..! I have learned to love to eat so many things since then, so I am glad I don`t have to eat noodles everyday to avoid the unwanted weight gain. I am now a brown rice person but I still treat myself to noodles once in a while.
Here`s a perfect plate of chow mien made by Aunty Ma, she`s an amazing cook! I love how she uses carrots, green beans, cabbages, bean sprouts which happen to be all of my favorite vegetables to make her chow mien. I can eat this for days (still) and never get tired of it!:)
