My mom told me that she was going to make chow mien later that day, so I decided to make my own! I cheated though by buying a yakisoba package that came with precooked noodles and sauce.
I started off by pan frying snap peas, carrots, and broccoli. After they were tender, I added in the noodles and sauce. The yakisoba was sweet, I really enjoyed my version of chow mien. My noodles don`t look as delicious as my mom`s though! My mom`s chow mien is the very last picture.
My mom`s version of chow mien had bell peppers, celery, carrots, and other veggies in it. I really liked hers, but I think I like mine better because I really enjoyed the sweetness of the yakisoba sauce.
It`s a must try and I recommend everyone trying it!
