Chois DOTN: Spring rolls

This was dinner weeks ago and I apologize at the less than appetizing photo. Im nocturnal so I do stuff like ninja-ing (I realised thats not a word LOL) around the house at night, watch dramas and eating so my photos doesnt have sufficient light apart from the LED lamp. Ive heard night time meals are far from good for you but my body clock is beyond messed up and I usually feel hungry around that time of the night.

I always LOVE eating spring rolls whatever the weather but mum usually prefers making them more in the summer. I had five rolls but only managed to finish four because all of them were full of ingredients and so filling. I think my mum got excited whilst making them and tried to stuff as much things inside as she can which is why some burst before I even dug in. I believe her secret motive is to fatten us all up.

You may add any other ingredients that you prefer, I know some like prawns with it but Ive eaten the rolls without it most of the time and fancy it that way. You can find the first three ingredients at an Asian store and the rest at any local supermarket. I was halfway through eating before I realised I should take a photo so please excuse the bite marks in that spring roll. I hope its not making it looking that bad LOL.
