Chocolate sin with forest fruits


150g dark chocolate
50g of walnut kernels
60g sugar
35g of butter
3 medium eggs
50g chocolate mint
50g of raspberries
50g of blueberries
50g of blueberries
mint q.s.


Break the chocolate and melt it in a double boiler along with the butter and chocolate mint. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar until you get a creamy white uniform. Add the chocolate, wrap and remove from heat. Add walnuts broken into small pieces. join the red fruits (reserve some for decoration) and wrap. Beat the egg whites and add the cold chocolate. Wrap carefully.
Emprate in individual portions and take it to the fridge. Serve garnished with wild berries and peppermint petals
