Chocolate pistachio brownie + recipe!

Hey everyone! I decided to experiment with my oven today and this is what came out in the end. LOL Don`t know how, but it came out half way decent. If you know me in real life, then you know I can`t bake from scratch for the life of me! I need the help of Duncan Hines every single time or else you`re going to be eating something horrible. But these came out pretty nice! You can increase or decrease the sugar to how sweet you like it too. This makes about a dozen cupcake sized brownies.

1/2 pound unsalted butter
1/2 pound semisweet chocolate chips
3 ounces cocoa powder
3 large eggs
1.5 tablespoons of coffee granules
1 tbsp vanilla
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
Your choice of nut roughly chopped and some for garnish (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Butter and flour a 12 x 18 x 1-inch baking sheet.
Melt together the butter, 1 pound of chocolate chips, cocoa in a medium bowl over simmering water. Allow to cool slightly. In a large bowl, stir (do not beat) together the eggs, coffee granules, vanilla, and sugar. Stir the warm chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and allow to cool to room temperature.
In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, the baking powder, and salt. Add to the cooled chocolate mixture. Lightly dust nuts and mix into the batter. Pour into the baking sheet (or cupcake cups 3/4 of the way). Sprinkle on extra nuts on top for garnish (optional)
Bake for about approximately 25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Try not to over bake it. Allow it to cool and serve.
