I have chocolate craving and I treat myself with this wonderful creamy rich chocolate tart today. It`s quite easy, but somehow looks sophisticated. No one can resist this good chocolate dessert - the truffle chocolate-like filling inside and shiny chocolate ganache glaze on the top. Orange zest in the crust gives such nice smell and is a fantastic flavor to complement the chocolate. Perfect to serve with raspberry coulis and a nice cup of coffee. I use cold butter for the pastry crust and use cold milk instead of cold water which is commonly used in crust recipe. Cold butter is a big secret to this flaky and buttery tart.
