A few months ago, I made these pancakes and I am seriously thinking about making them again since they were SO GOOD! The pancakes are all made from scratch and have lots and lots of chocolate chips in it too add some sweetness! They don`t exactly make for the healthiest breakfast, but I do enjoy having them on the weekends since it is the weekend!
Here is my recipe for the pancakes!-
You will need-
2 cups of plain Flour
2/3 c granulated sugar
4.4 tbs butter
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (you can use less if you want)
1 .5 cups of milk (start with 1 cup and work up till you get the consistency you need)
1 huge bag of chocolate chips (14 oz)
Wisk all your dry ingredients together and in the butter and the vanilla extract, egg and bit of milk. Wisk together the wet ingredients in a SEPARATE BOWL (this is the secret to fluffy pancakes). Mix with the rest of the dry ingredients and add more milk if needed.
Now the fun part, Mix in chocolate chips and let the mix sit for about an hour. Then you just Cook over medium heat for several minutes till the outsides are set, flip, and repeat. Then you are done. It`s super easy to make and makes a great breakfast!
