If you are looking for weight loss or just healthier lifestyle, you might consider crossing chocolate from the list of allowed foods but don`t do it so fast.
Chocolate, dark chocolate to be specific, can be actually good for you. Now, im not saying to go get that chocolate bar and eat it all but having it in moderation, like one or 2 squares once in a while.
They have a lot of benefits, such as:
- High fiber content and helps digestion
- Reduces cravings and stops that mental feeling of being so restricted on a diet
- Its full of vitamins from all letters lol and it also has "calcium, magnesium, copper, zinc, manganese and potassium" (this part is quoted from the source)
- It helps with your mood by improving it due to the chemicals your brain releases when you have it.
So this is just some of the benefits you can get from chocolate and they show for a reason of why you should have them in your diet.
Its not right to cut a food completely from your life because its not something sustainable and changing your eating habits and exercise should be a lifestyle change, so incorprating thins ( and some other stuff) in moderation is the key and something that everybody can do.
Do you like dark chocolate? Do you cut it out from your diet ( not only weight loss diet but also a "regular"/for a helthier life diet)?
