Semi-sweet chocolate circles with caramelized almonds are the perfect pair to an espresso or an after dinner sweet.
You just have to melt 1/2 tb spoon of butter with 1 or 2 tb spoons of yellow sugar. When it melts, add the chopped almonds and stir in low heat.
Put the mixture in a silicone surface and let it cool.
Melt 200g of semi-sweet chocolate. With a spoon, make circles with the melted chocolate and sprinkle the almonds.
Wait until the chocolate is hard and... delight yourself!
