Like anyone else, I love ice cream. But it has a ton of fat and sugar, so I`m always looking for a good substitute. Recently, I tried taking some of my chobani greek yogurts, and sticking them in the freezer for a few hours. When they come out, they`re like the consistency of ice cream. To me, they`re just as good as ice cream, just with the flavor of frozen yogurt (obviously haha). Just make sure that if you`re using the fruit on the bottom ones, you have to mix them before you freeze it.
