Yogurt is a really good lightweight snack in the morning. I usually eat the Light Yoplait and add some dried fruits like raisins and granola but I was recommended to eat the Plain Non-fat yogurt because it is more healthy. I went to Target and I bought this brand called Cho-Bani Greek Yogurt plain and non fat. My thoughts when I had a scoop out -- it was a very thick consistency sort of like gelato. When I tried this yogurt, omg.. it tasted very sour and something I dislike. My parents tried it out and they had the same reaction but they added some natural honey with granola and ate this yogurt fine. Me, on the other hand? Nope.
Have you tried the ChoBani Greek Yogurt Plain Non-fat? Were you able to eat it fine?
