I haven`t been to Chipotle in a while, so I was quite happy to see that they have added a Salad option to their menu. It can be hard to find healthier options while eating out, but if you just pay attention to the ingredients you can enjoy a great meal without sacrificing much.
So for this day I went with a salad option and topped it off with double the amount of fajita vegetables and steak. Then I added their milld and hot sauces (spiciness adds a whole lot of flavor and this allowed me to skip on the dressing) along with a heaping amount of their delicious guacamole.
With all of the vegetables and protein in the salad I was quite full and very satisfied after this large bowl without the heavy feeling.
