Chinese Sausage Fried Rice.
My husband had a potluck and told me literally the morning of. I was scrambling around, trying to figure out what I could make for his work potluck since I didnt even purchase anything specific to make. Since it was that afternoon, I just prepped some fried rice and dropped it by his work. I used whatever ingredients I had in my fridge and thank goodness I had everything! All Items used listed below.
-chinese sweet sausage
-soy sauce/oyster sauce
Prep: All I did was cook the sausages and garlic for a bit, then threw them in a big bowl. After, I scrambled the eggs. Once cooked, I tossed it in the same bowl as the sausage. Cook the veggies in a bit of oil for a bit and continue to toss in the same bowl. After the rice is fully cooked (in the rice cooker), I throw it in my pan with some butter, add my seasonings and throw all my ingredients in. Quick and easy.
