Walnut in Chinese Stir Fry
I love Chinese food. I went to a Chinese restaurant last night and order the dinner for 2 combo. I picked one of the item which was a pleasant surprise, stir fry beef, chicken, vegetables and guess it candied walnut. I love walnut but I haven`t had it in Chinese cuisine and in stir fry. The walnut was sweet and went well with the saltiness of the stir fry. I wouldn`t have thought about using candied walnut in Chinese stir fry. This definitely change my mind. Have you ever had any version of Chinese food using Candied Walnut?
