One of my latest food `discoveries` is Chinese Broccoli.
I love stir-fried veggies, and this is my newest favourite. A lot of Asian restaurants serve them with oyster sauce, or a simple garlic sauce like you see here.
The `broccoli` grows in tall stalk with large leafy parts on top. Sometimes the leaves will have little florets that vaguely resemble broccoli. I love both the stalks and leaves. They have different textures but are both delicious.
I love pairing this with my hot and sour soup to add a bit of crunch to the meal!
I`m going to see if I can find a grocer that sells these so I can take some home and experiment with it. I feel like it would be fun to cook with! :)
