Chinese Broccoli.

This is one of my childhood favorite dishes that I don`t make enough of! It`s super simple to make and tastes delicious! So you just need to blanch the kai lan (chinese broccoli) in hot water. After that put an oil in a pan and throw in some sliced garlic. When it becomes fragrant (in a minute or so), add in your kai lan and stir fry. Add some oyster sauce to your liking and you`re done! It`s how most restaurants cook it so I just absolutely love it!! Do you like kai lan? have you tried it before? Let me know!
