Chin Exercise!

Most of us, were not blessed with that defined jaw line! But you can get it with working those muscles!

It has been said that if you do these following exercises daily, you will notice results in a matter of a few weeks!

Relax you head and neck. Tilt your head backwards so your chin points to the ceiling. Push your chin forward. You should feel a strong pull along your jawline and neck. Hold this position for about 10 seconds. Lower chin. Repeat 20 times.

This will help get rid of that double chin. :)) Tilt your head back and exaggerate a purse your lips Extend your lips. Hold for a few seconds. Do this 10-20 times in a set. You can do this daily.

lie on a sofa or bed, have your head hanging over the edge. Lift your chin to your chest. You can place a hand behind your neck for extra suppport. Hold for a few seconds. Repeat 5 times. then relax.
