The other day my mom decided to make chiles rellenos they are large chiles that you put on the fire and let the skin burn once thats done you put them in a plastic bag close it and let them sit. Once that is done you can peel them make a slit so you can put whatever you desire inside. My mom puts fresh cheese inside and dips them into mixed egg and fries them. Once thats done she then she makes this type of stew with flour and water and puts the chiles in the stew on the fire for like 5 mins. You can make rice and eat the chiles they are so good. Its kind of complicated to make them but they are really good. You can look up a recipe on google but people make them different. Below I added a link to a recipe the way my mom makes them just in case you guys are interested.
