1 head of garlic
2 chicken breasts Field
8 tablespoons (soup) of white wine
Separate the garlic cloves and leave them with thinner skins.
Wrap them in aluminum foil and take the weak oven, preheated for about half an hour.
Cut the chicken into halves, lengthwise.
Sautee them in a nonstick skillet brushed with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Drizzle with the wine and bake until the meat is tender and tawny.
Cut the meat into slices.
Peel the garlic and discard the pulp in a mixer.
Add the lemon juice, a little olive oil and leaves two stems of mint.
Grind everything and pour over the meat. Serve hot.
Note: Reduce the cooking time if you choose normal chicken.
