Chicken and mushroom is a classic in Chinese cooking. I made mine with mid section wings and it`s a popular dish in my household. My husband and kids gobbles this up and never had left overs.
This is what I used to create this dish:
salt, pepper, garlic powder and a little fish sauce for marinade. I let is sit for about 10 minutes and begin to sear both sides until golden brown. Throw in some oyster sauce, mix it and add mushroom. Sautee it a bit, added some water and let simmer on low until mushrooms are tender. Garnish with some scallions and its Ready to serve !
