Chicken Salad is so easy to make and I swear it`s one of my go to dishes when I know I`m in for a busy day or even week! It goes with everything. You can make a tasty sandwich, have it with some crackers or use pita bread or make wraps. It`s so filling it can even be eaten on it`s own with a small garden salad. All you need is some cooked skinless, boneless chicken breast a little mayonnaise or sour cream and I think a little imagination since there are so many things you can add to it to make it yours.
I personally love having a little bit of crunch so I like to add green onions, seedless grapes and some seasoning to kick it up a notch in the spicy department and of course salt and pepper. Others choose to add walnuts but if you`re preparing for others be careful, nuts don`t agree with everyone.Mix it all into a bowl and serve, you can refrigerate the rest and you`ll always have lunch available for those super busy days.
