Chicken Pot Pie Cupcakes!

That`s right. The absolute perfect, yet soooo incredibly easy to make, chicken pot pie cupcake. Well, not literally a cupcake, but cupcake-shaped. First, I found the idea on Pinterest, obviously. Then, the commercial for Pillsbury came on tv, showing the easy, same, recipe.

Super simple steps:

1. Pillsbury Grand Biscuits/Flaky (refrigerated)
2. Any brand of mixed veggies (2 cups)
3. At least a cup of diced, cooked chicken!
4. 1 can of condensed cream of chicken soup (10 3/4 oz.)

That`s it! As you can see in my 3rd picture, you press the biscuits into the cupcake tin, creating a bowl shape. Make sure you spray the tin with Pan spray or any alternative first! Next you mix the veggies with the cream of chicken soup, as well as the cooked, diced chicken... as seen in the 2nd picture. Except, I forgot to mix the soup before the pic.

Next, you fill the biscuits with as much as you can.. well, you want to make sure you can still stretch over the biscuits towards the center. But, it doesn`t have to close.. in fact, it shouldn`t!

Like you see in the first picture, they come out looking GORGE and they are perfectly golden brown at the bottom. I promise you, if you follow the steps, they will come out PERFECT and you will be so proud of yourself.. haha. You can hold them perfectly and they will not crumble!
