This is my recreation of a simple dish that was stupid enough to buy from a restaurant.
Here`s how I made it.
Chicken Tenderloins cut in chunks
Ragu Alfredo sauce
Sharp Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper
All I did was cook the chicken a skillet until they were white on both sides, took the chicken out of the pan. Then I made a rue from the bits of chicken stuck to the bottom on the pan with a little milk, flour, and some cheese. It makes a kinda of cheese sauce similar to how you make macaroni and cheese. Then I added a some Ragu Alfredo sauce until I got the right amount. Meanwhile I boiled my penne in salted water with a little olive oil and then I put the aldente pasta in the sauce that I made with the chicken and simmered it until the pasta was done. I chopped up some tomato and threw it on top and some dried parley for more color and flavor. I`m really bad with recipes so I`m sorry if you wanted exact measurements. I`m an "eyeball it" kinda gal=) You could also do this same recipe with shrimp!
anyway I hope this gave you some idea of what I did.
