I am trying so hard to be healthy and this is my lunch for today. I decided to have some chicken noodle soup for lunch today. The day is a bit gloomy so nothing is better than chicken noodle soup right?
Now I`m not sure if this is healthy, but why wouldn`t it be. The chicken is a great sauce of protein, the vegetables are good for you and the noodles just taste awesome. I see alot of healthy people eat soup, so thats gotta mean something.
For my drink, I decided to mix a bit of cranberry juice with water. This combo kind of taste cordial, but healthier. Plus, cranberry juice is great for women to make us feel better and be cleaner. Hhaha is cleaner the right word to use?!?!
This lunch tasted amazing and is healthy.
