Chicken Marsala

Tonight for dinner I had chicken marsala. It was so good!

First, I cleaned the chicken, then cut it into pieces. I dipped each piece into flour that I seasoned with a little Mrs. Dash. I melted a some butter in a skillet and added some oil and cooked the chicken in it.

When the chicken is cooked, I put it on a plate with a paper towel to collect the extra oil. Then, rinse out the pan, add more butter, toss in mushrooms that have been washed and cut. Add marsala wine, depending on how much you`re making you may use the whole bottle.

When the mushrooms are cooked to how you like them, add the chicken back. I also made some rice to eat with it.
