So for dinner I decided to try something new. I got a chicken breast and cute it as thin as I could. I then got some hard salami, spinach, and mozzerella cheese and layered them all on the chicken breast. Once done I rolled the chicken breast and pinned it with a tooth pick. Lastly I salted the outside and then placed it in the oven to bake. After about 30 or so minutes I took it out of the oven and wala here it is! I thought it came out really good. My sister and my older sister boyfriend said it pretty good too. They said it would taste better with a crunchy exterior, but I liked it the way it was. Hope you guys enjoy!!
