The other day I wanted to cook dinner for my boyfriend so I decided to make chicken cutlets. I started out with three defrosted pieces of thin chicken breasts. I layed one piece at a time in a bowl with a cracked egg for a couple minutes to soak up the egg. Then I put the piece of chicken on a plate with breadcrumbs (I added parsley to my breadcrumbs) and covered the entire piece of chicken. Do this for all three pieces. Pour a decent amount of oil into a frying pan and when the pan is warm enough put all three pieces on the pan at once. Constantly flip the chicken to make sure it doesn`t burn on either side. This process took about 20 minutes. The actual frying part took about 6 minutes only. For sides I made rice, corn and a salad.
