My mom prepared and cooked a huge pot of <strong>Vietnamese Chicken Curry</strong> "Ca Ri Ga" (translation in Vietnamese) for the family. My mom did make changes to the recipe just a bit since our curry isn`t spicy as it should be and she added all sorts of sweet potatoes and yams. And a difference between previous curries shes made is that this one is used with organic chicken from Costco. Honestly, the difference the meat? I don`t taste anything it`s just healthier for our bodies I suppose. Our curry is served with pho noodles because we don`t like to buy dry noodles where you have to soak them in water; these are more fresh and taste better.
<strong><em>Are you a fan of curry?</em></strong> Typically you eat curry with french bread too but we didn`t have any left. I think I prefer eating curry with bread than noodles.
