I was craving for chicken curry so yesterday was the day and I took some chicken breasts that I had in the fridge and made it for dinner!
As the chicken is so versatile I try to always have it in the fridge/freezer to be able to make fast and delicious meals apart from being a healthier meat!
I made it with basmati rice, tomato salad and for dessert we ate baked apple in the oven with brown sugar and cinnamon!
