1 chicken breast fillet of ~ 450
2 slices of bacon
2 slices of cheese
3-4 spoonfuls flour
3-4 spoonfuls breadcrumbs
salt and pepper to taste
oil for frying
Cut the chicken into halves lengthwise, then each half is cresteaza in the middle, lengthwise, to form a deep pocket. Powdered with salt and pepper, then inserted into each pocket each slice of ham and one of cheese (of ~ 5 mm thick). Cover each piece well, perhaps you can catch them with 2-3 toothpicks.
Give the pieces so prepared with flour, eggs beaten with a little salt and pepper, then breaded and fried in hot oil make.
Cook on low heat, many 3-4-5 minutes per side, depending on how thick they are, as to penetrate better. Enjoy your meal.
