This is what I ate for dinner today and yesterday. The picture is actually of the leftovers that I ate today. When I ate it yesterday there was a lot more broth (there wasn`t really any broth left today).
My mom made this meal yesterday. She baked sliced up pieces of chicken until it was a very light brown. Then she put the chicken in a skillet with chicken flavored broth and chopped broccoli. You let it simmer for about 20 minutes or until it looks ready. She also cooked rice to go under the chicken and broccoli.
My mom made corn as a side dish but I threw it on top of my chicken, broccoli, and rice and mixed it all together. It tasted delicious!
