Take about half a kilo of chicken breasts, cut them lengthwise or diced. Place in a bowl and sprinkle with salt, pepper, vegeta and red peppers (sweet or sour that fits you). Mix it in another plate, beat one egg and a little flour in the third plate mix about 50 grams and 40 grams of sesame bread crumbs. Put oil in a pan and put it to heat.
