After a long day of flying back to Texas my sister, brother in law and I decided to pick up a few things from the Asian Market. Potstickers were definitely on top of our list on wanting what we should`ve for dinner.
There are three ways how you can cook your potstickers which are boiled, steamed and fried. We usually fried our potstickers because we like to eat it like that. Since there was options we picked up beef and chicken potstickers.
If you don`t know what Potstickers are they`re basically a piece of rolled dough filled with ground meat and/or vegetable inside. To keep the ground meat and/or vegetable filled inside the dough should be sealed by pressing the edges together. I like to eat mines with a soy-vinegar dipping sauce, but to make it a little spicy... Hot Chili sauce is the way to do it.
