Chicken and Turkey Empanadas Again Made By Me

Now, every weekend that I come home I have this need to cook something...

I made minced meat to eat at lunch but I made so much, so I decided to make something with it.

I grabbed a phyllo, and I brushed it with an egg. I also made some cuts in the phyllo in order to grow up. I put the meat and then I covered it with the phyllo designed something like you see in the picture. I brushed it again with egg and I put it in the oven at a temperature of 220ยบ C.

They turned out pretty delicious, and with this golden look because of the bushed egg. The strange forms are due to the round phyllo that I had, it was the best that I could do. :p

They ended up really quickly. I have to make them again sometime.

Have you ever made something like this at home? Have you ever tied something like this? Would you like to try? Do you have any advise in order to make them even more delicious?
