I`ve really been on a spaghetti squash kick lately so I decided to try another recipe. Spaghetti squash are in season during the fall so they are nice and tasty. I just microwaved the spaghetti squash to get it nice and tender and make the chicken on a skillet with some roasted tomatoes, peas, broccoli and parmesan cheese. Mix is all together and you have a healthy meal! I had this for dinner last night and am having it for lunch today!
