Chicken and leftovers

If you haven`t noticed yet, I`ll tell you: I`m a mushroom addict! (well, don`t get you minds thinking of THOSE mushrooms! I mean the edible ones! xD) So, we keep our minds busy at trying to find new ways of cooking it. I`ve seen in fast food restaurants a version of this, the I thought why not try it at home with fresh ingredients?! So here`s the result! An awesome and tasty chicken, mushrooms and brie sandwich! I cooked a chicken leg with nothing but salt, fried the mushrooms in a tiny bit of olive oil and garlic pasta, sprinkled some oregano, melted the brie, put it all together with a nice sliced tomato and there you go, an AWESOME sandwich! And, you you still have a bit of everything left, roast some potatoes with olive oil and rosemary, mix it, put it 5 min in the oven and there you go, a good looking dish that nobody will say it tastes like leftovers! *Picture is mine*
