A few days ago we had some family over for lunch and one of the things I made was <strong>chicken Alfredo with bell peppers, mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes.</strong>
The recipe was simple yet the dish was a hit!
<strong>Here`s how I made it:</strong>
<strong>(1)</strong> Marinate small pieces of chicken breast the night before in yogurt, tandoori masala and cumin powder
<strong>(2)</strong> bake the chicken next morning until tender
<strong>(3)</strong> boil penne pasta
<strong>(4)</strong> in a pan heat up some butter and sauté sliced mushrooms and small pieces of bell pepper
<strong>(5)</strong> drain the pasta, and mix chicken as well as the sautéed mushroom and bell pepper into the pot
<strong>(6)</strong> pour in a bottle of Alfredo sauce
<strong>(7)</strong> add cut pieces of sun dried tomato and stir
<strong>(8)</strong> serve and enjoy! :)
