Cheesy Chicken with Cream of Broccoli Rice and Veggies

What you`ll need:

4 large chicken breast steaks

4 cups rice

2 cans Cream of Celery soup

2 cans water (4 cups)

3 cups frozen California blend veggies

1 1/2 cup cheese

What you do:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees

In a large bowl, mix rice, soup, water and veggies. Pour uncooked mixture in the bottom of a 9 X 13 pan.

Place chicken breasts uncooked on top of the rice

Cover TIGHTY with aluminum foil. You want water to stay IN the pan for this to cook properly

Bake for 45 minutes.

Remove from oven, uncover, top with cheese and put back in the oven covered loosely for another 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes then serve :)
