Today I made a staple in my breakfast diet-a cheese omelette with a ton of hot sauce (I use Franks Hot Sauce) on top. It takes me less than 10 min. to make, plus I don`t dirty that many dishes-easy clean up! It`s a great way to get more protein in my diet, especially since I don`t eat much meat.
