Some time last month I made cheese dumplings again. What you choose as filling is up to you, but the most important is the cheese. Last time I used imitation crabsticks, green onions, and mozzarella cheese. This time there wasn`t any imitation crabsticks left so I used fish tofu, green onion, and mozzarella cheese. The fish tofu doesn`t have much flavour so we mostly tasted the green onion and mozzarella cheese. This time, with experience, the dumplings were fried just the way I like it. I made extra for the next day and kept them in the fridge. However I suggest placing them on a baking tray and keeping them in the freezer to prevent the dumpling from sticking together and falling apart.
