This is not a meal as such but rather the backbone of some meals you will prepare, bread is usually essential in keeping things together. I suggest with the bread you focus on buying either a fish of some type of meat so you can easily make yourself a sandwich. Bread is on my diet every day, I wake up at 5.30am put poached eggs on one piece of wholemeal bread and Im ready to go jog or workout. If you like the idea of breakfast being poached egg on toast. What I do is to make sure I dont eat eggs everyday so I will eat one day then skip the next and keep this repeated all week. For the price I bought the bread I did not expect it to be very tasty, but surprisingly It was just the same as Hovis which I usually eat. Anyway get Bread on the menu, cheap, easy to use and still tasty no matter which one you get.
