Cheap DIY: Teeth Whitening

4 years ago

Instead of spending a lot of money on whitening strips/products or going to the dentist. Save yourself time and just make this easy DIY at home.

What you may need is: (almost everyone should have these materials in their house hold)

* toothpaste (something EVERYONE should have for sure)
* baking soda
* hydrogen peroxide (it costed me only $2)
* water

Instead of using your normal mouthwash, you could use hydrogen peroxide. You should swoosh the liquid around your mouth for a minute before spitting it out and to get rid of the taste you could rinse your mouth with water.

& To make the mixture from the picture ^^, put a tiny bit of toothpaste into a small cup, and then mix in one teaspoon of the baking soda and half a teaspoon of water. Once it`s been throughly mixed like the consistency of a paste, use it to brush your teeth. Brush your teeth for two minutes.

Remember to do it once a week until you have reached the results you want. Once your teeth are white, limit yourself to using the whitening treatment once every month or two.

I haven`t tried this yet but after posting this I will!

Have you tried this before? What did you think of it? If not, will you?
