For a while now I`ve been desparate to try Moroccan oil, but with the hefty price tag of £30 for a 100ml bottle its something I wanted to put alot of thought into.
After doing my research I discovered that most of the ingredients within Moroccanoil were mostly chemicals I`d never heard of and silicones that make your hair feel soft for a while but soon build up.
The main ingredient it boasts about is moroccan argan oil, so I thought why not just get some of that and cut out all the crap thats no good for your hair.
Upon searching Amzon I found a company called Billy in the tree who supply pure argan oil which can be used for hair, face and body. At £11.95 (around $19.20) a bottle I was a bit unsure if it was any good.
So I brought some and I`ve been trialing it for 3 months and I can honestly say this is one of the best products I have ever brought.
It makes my hair look really shiny and healthy, reduces hair loss and split ends and my hair generally just feels healthier. I`ve also been using it on my hands and they feel incredibly soft!
So I say do your research before splurging on a high end product, you may find something you like much more thats way cheaper!
What do you guys think of argan oil?
Have you tried moroccanoil or any other alternatives?
