I am sure all of you have some memories of playing with chalk on the side walk as a child drawing out a bunch of random things or laying out a hop scotch for you and your friends to play on. Some individuals have acquired the skills to use chalk to draw out quite impressive forms of art on the pavement. The first piece is by Julian Beever or Kurt Wenner
and this is one of my favorites because of the detail and colors in it. The second piece Mysterious Caves is by Edgar Mueller. The third piece is called Abbey Road Meets Charlie Brown and if you`re familiar with one of The Beatles, this is reminiscent of one of their album covers. The last piece is by Tracy Lee Stum which features the Milton Bradley Game Mouse trap. I think it`s quite amazing what some people can do with chalks because the depth that`s in some of them is unreal and it really does look like some of them are popping out or going down. I personally wouldn`t be able to draw you anything like that with chalk, but I could draw you a happy face and sun with some cool sunglasses yeah haha.
Are you surprised that these are all made from chalk?
Are you artistic enough to do better than me with chalk on pavement?
