Chai Latte Cupcakes Recipe!
*Line 24 muffin cups with cupcake liners
*Preheat oven and 1 pkg (15.25oz) french vanilla cake mix with pudding according to package directions, using 1/2 cups water, 3 eggs, 1/3 cup oil and adding 1 pkg (1.1oz) instant chai tea latte mix (3 Tbs)
*Evenly divide amound muffin cups
*Bake 18-23 minutes
*In medium microwave safe bowl, microwave 4 oz white chocolate baking bar (chopped) on high 30 seconds
*Stir until melted if necessary microwave 15 seconds longer or until melted & smooth
*Stir in 1/3 cup butter (softened) until smooth
*Add 4 cups confectioners sugar, 1/4 cup milk and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
*Stir until well blended
*Spread over cupcakes & sprinkle with ground cinnamon
Makes 24 Cupcakes!
